I am Dragonaut, and so can you!

With the many releases FUNimation brings out over the year, we need to find new and exciting ways to gain each and every one exposure.  How else is someone expected to know all the details about the show and when they can pick it up?  One recent opportunity was too good to pass-up.

For those who are familiar with the Colbert Report you may know Stephen for his hard hitting and ever exciting, interviews.  Over the past month he was challenging people to create their own interview with Stephen.  A few of these even made it onto his show.  With these materials, I looked at our releases for next week and smiled.  It was time to have some fun.

Dragonaut – The Resonance, Complete Series Part 1 comes out next Tuesday.

Who else to entertain this great American than the Dragonauts?  Please enjoy.

lol.  Dragonaut Part 1 that order came to the comic book store but I had to leave it pull box since I didn’t have enough.  Probably pick it up next week or week after.

Adam-sempai, That was very funny. My favorite Dragonaut blog that was created was Dragonaut – Behind the Scenes http://blog.funimation.com/2009/08/dragonaut-the-resonance-behind-the-scenes/ but I liked the videos the best.

Glad you guys are liking the video.  It was a bit rushed but fun.

@dragonO: It’s not that I have too much time on my hands and more like I’m not good at switching off after work and end up cutting video late into the evening.

@ChrisC: The behind the scene’s one is a favorite of mine as well.

I love Colbert, and wouldn’t put it past him to conduct an interview with an animated character for kicks.  Nice clip (though it makes a lot of DRAGONAUT’s characters appear more than a bit flaky).

@ Adam-sempai – I understand, happens to me pretty often. You just get wraped up in what your doning and completly loss track of time, or just don’t want to/can’t stop. Ahhh good times. 8)

You leave Steven Colbert out of this; #1.

#2:  There will never be a replacement for “The Nice Young Guy Kicks Everyone’s Butt Without Even A Breath From Promoters.”  Have you all gained amnesia after seeing IGN’s top 25 characters?

#3:  My guess is that Dragonaut SUCKED THAT MUCH.

#4:  Why are you people over at FUNi not wasting your precious time on Black Butler, Regios, and all these other anime that you had in your last poll?  Or were they all for the sake of the “ha-ha-funny” like “the re-upping of Sailor Moon?”

    #5:  :(
