Playstation Network’s Most Popular Anime
Anime News Network posts today about Playstation Network’s Most Popular Anime Movies & Episodes for September.
FUNimation titles take up a good amount of the Top 10 in both Anime Movie downloads and Anime Episode Downloads owning a combined 13 spots. Though, I’m not sure how they’re counting the Top 10 episodes since they have a total of 12 episodes listed.
But anyway, here’s what FUNi titles ended up making the list.

Excellent news Rojas! All hail my Texas Overlords! No, seriously people, accept your anime overlords into your hearts. It makes it easier for the Sergeant to afford models, Rin to take care of his harem and Afro to pay those dry cleaning bills.
Is there a complete list of the Top Ten movies? Kinda curious how everything placed.
that’s excellent news
I’m just wondering are there going to be any new ones coming to the psn anytime soon?
Nice Fun i just bought darker than black ep 13 over the psn and the video quality is pretty good now ADD MORE ANIME TO PSN and TO bestbuy store shelves online shoping is a pain for blu ray and dvd.
@ mckg1: You’re really going to have to get used to anime shopping online. Best Buy got burned on sales (mainly due to Bandai Entertainment titles apparently) and they’ve cut a lot of their anime sections down. There’s not a lot Funimation can do to get their product on those shelves if Best Buy doesn’t want to stock anime.
You might want to check out The Anime Corner Store. They’ve got the best customer service of any online anime retailer I’ve ever dealt with.
Richard J.: Oh yeah and Bandai’s paying for it big time with their multiple release delays.
Thanks for the info Richard J, and i know you are correct about best buy cutting down on anime in their shelves(their online store still has all the anime currently out there) Its just that i don’t like to wait. For insticts, i was about to buy shakugan no shana over at amazon but before i did i checked if best buy had it on shelves and luckelly eneough one best buy store had it where i live and i went and got it on that same day. I ordered The familiar of zero on amazon so i shop online. I just like going to a store and paying it and getting it there.
enough lol typo
luckely…. typo lol
