It’s too bad, in retrospective, that the streaming version of Strike Witches was changed. Not because the censorship…but because the current streaming version has the BOST translations, and only the DVD/DTO version has the new Funi translation. I wanted to be able to compare the two translations more :/ Well, I guess I’ll have to wait until the DVD release for that. Here’s to the next round of solicitations.

I get up for my 11am psych class around 9am on thursday so I can be ready in time to sit down at 10 to watch brotherhood. its getting ridiculously good. so much better than the first anime, cant wait for the dub!
Im also watching slayers revolution, sgt frog, and soul eater.

Watching Brotherhood every week as soon as I get home from work (bah). Also have to watch Soul Eater, Bamboo Blade, and Spicy Wolf as soon as the episodes get uploaded

Given the difficulties I have watching anything on the Video Portal (though at least I can watch things now, the problems used to be much worse) I’m happy about the massive additions and kinda apathetic at the same time.
Is the maintenance EVER GOING TO BE FINISHED?!?!?!?
And yes, I know adding extra punctuation marks and all capital letters is pointless and a little childish but if you’re going to whine, why not do with gusto?

Oh you know how you guys have said that certain videos won’t stay up forever. Well does that also apply to the video portal and not just hulu, joost, YouTube, and Veoh (I mentioned joost and Veoh because it seems you have kinda forgot about some of your series being streamed there)? Also will some shows come back on the sites? And you should help fix how some TV14 anime you have to prove your over 18 for on YouTube (Even the first episode of Rumbling Hearts Kiminozo which had no innapropriate content except for occasional swearing), and put an age restriction on TVMA videos, because YouTube is being somewhat ridiculous?

Sonicbug, it’s a general rule that Funimation can’t give out dates on if and when they can license something until they have licensed it or something like that, you won’t get a clear answer until if and when it gets announced at a convention.
Anyways answering the blog question, I’m not watching much… Hoping to get family members to buy me El Cazador de la Bruja parts 1 and 2 for christmas, I noticed both parts are out on the same day, I’m looking forward to this. It looks fun.

How come El Cazador de la Bruja is flagged as inapropriate for some users(I assume 16-18 rated) on most if not all episodes?… Does it have content not suitable for everyone?

I just finished watching Tower of Druaga episodes 5 and 6 yesterday. Good stuff.
Also I’m holding off on watching Bamboo Blade, Spice and Wolf, and Strike Witches until the dvds come out.
