New From FUNi This Tuesday
This week are a few of my favorite releases of the year. I’ve been waiting for the kendo-tastic series Bamboo Blade to come out, as well as the ninja-fied conclusion to the Nabari no Ou series. And more hilarity ensues as the fab frogs five finally are reunited in Sgt. Frog – Season 1 Part 2.

The only one I’m not sure on is Nabari No Ou after watching part 1. It was good to okay but I’m not sure I want to spend money on part 2. Bamboo Blade I still got to get out of my box at the comic book store. Sgt. Frog %100 yes. One problem was that forever the reason Diamond didn’t make any of it avaible to order I probably would have it already or at least in my box. No idea when I will get part 2 but probably after thanksgiving. I may sneak it in this week but no idea.

I’ll just going to get Sgt. Frog since I really want to continue watching it dubbed. I really enjoed it as well that it was very funny.

nabari no ou seemed a little more emo than i thought it would be but still wanna finish it…really lookin foward to bamboo blade, i will wait on it if theres gonna be a blu ray version.

In regards to Bamboo Blade, there aren’t any current plans for Blu-ray. I wouldn’t hold my breath on that one right now.

I’ve been very curious about the dub of a certain episode of Sgt Frog, the one with the jokes and puns at the beach, since when we saw the subbed ep on the video portal, we didn’t get ANY of the jokes. Even the “american” joke wasn’t funny.
So I’ve been looking forward to an American version of that one. XD

By the way I loved the sgt. frog season 1 part 1 dub. Some reference a little bit dated but I marked out for things like Hulk Hogan/Earthquake. Being a long time wrestling fan I was like holy cow.
