FUNIMATION ENTERTAINMENT ACQUIRES “TRIGUN” FROM FLYING DOG
We scooped up the 26 episode series “Trigun”.
Personally, I’m really excited about this one.
You can collect the 60 billion double-dollar bounty by catching Vash the Stampede a.k.a. The Humanoid Typhoon on DVD and Blu-ray in Fall 2010.
Ok, you can’t really collect the bounty, but you’ll be able to take home your own copy of Trigun.

I just hope the Japanese Music Track is the defalut track for Kai if they decide to do another one. Which i hope they dont!!! DBZ Kai FTW!! I am very pleased that Sean is still Goku but i feel for the fans who’s favorite character was Gohan. Im sure Colleen will do a terrific job! May 18 seems like an eternity away :”( Plus DB Box 3 comes out in May
I am saddened and extremely disappointed to hear funimation did not bring back all the original cast. I love Stephanie. She was always so sweet at the cons; she was my favorite. Not to mention the other changes. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t recast the originals. What really saddens me is that they didn’t even ask the originals for the redub. I am not mad at the new actors/actresses, but if funimation isn’t loyal to those who made them, why should we be loyal to funimation??? I will not buy the new dub, nor will any of my friends. I think “disappoint” is right…sounds fishy to me. Sincerely, Sad Sara…
disappointeddragonballzfan, Colleen is a great voice actress, you’re just being an ass. I’m guessing you haven’t heard any of her roles beyond One Piece, because if you had, you wouldn’t of made that ridiculus post.
I’ll ask again. One of the disc from my Soul Eater DVDs has very bad scratches on them. can anybody tell me where I can get a replacement for it?
Anime Wizard, did you buy it from a store or a website? Either of which, if you have proof of purchase will accept returns.
I got it off Half.com
i want sailor moon i want sailor moon now
I wanna see Sean Schemmel put all other anime english dub by Funimation~!~!!
Man, I wish that they used the VAs from Ocean Group
@ecoReck Just Brian for Vegeta he is the only VA that Funi should have kept from the ocean group!!!
What about Dragon Ball Kai’s Theme songs!!?
I really hope that they keep Eric Vale as Future Trunks!
Is Trigun going to be re-dubbed, or will it feature the 1998 Pioneer dub?
I’m glad to see Trigun will be re-released in the fall. Is Funimation going to re-dub it, or leave it as it is?
I also have a separate question, regarding a box set of Fate/Stay Night I bought from an anime shop that has since closed (so sad). The boxset is missing disc 5, and had a duplicate of disc 1 in it’s place. Is there any way I can get a replacement for disc 5?
Oh no. PLEASE tell me Funimation aren’t re-dubbing Trigun? D: I really love the original voices. Thank god I already own it! Is this anything to do with the Trigun movie? Are they going to get the rights to that as well?
No, we aren’t redubbing Trigun.
Why remake DBZ? It would be nice for the series to continue on to something new. DON’T FIX WHAT SIMPLY ISN’T BROKEN!!!!!!!!
