Dragon Ball Z Season Three – Disc Error Replacement

UPDATE: We want to stress that this is a manufacturing error and not an error made in production.

It has come to our attention that there was an error made in the most recent run of the Dragon Ball Z Season Three DVD set. Unfortunately, in some cases disc two was encoded with the episodes found on disc five.

Customers who purchased this set in the last month may be affected. If so, please contact 972-537-0871 or productconcerns@funimation.com to have a replacement disc sent to you within 48 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Just discontinue that crap and have only dragon box’s. No fan should be tortured through that crap.

    The error is that terrible English dub, the awful colors, the bad quality of the Japanese audio track, and the cropping.

    No more “evil twins” and “conspiracy theories,” Rojas. It’s your gatekeepers and serfs over at the “Quality Control Castle.”

    It is time to throw out the b… I mean… …those who have higher priorities (like children and dillusional fantasies) and only come to work so they can sleep on the job. And replace them with those who have proven their good work ethics. :idea: 8)

    @Dragonpiece

    Why would Funimation want to discontinue these boxsets? The mainstream casual anime buyer loves them. Just look on Amazon everytime a sale is on, and mostly during a mini sales boom, these boxsets outsell a lot of the other releases funi has some months.

    Criminy, it’s people like Tyrenol who’re the reason we’re still having to deal with these bogus glass ceilings in the corporate world… Ugh. Majorly uncool, dude. Majorly uncool.

    @ Hannah:

    And all I’ve been trying to say is:

    “Professionals. Have. STANDARDS.”

    I absolutely agree with that, but there were sexist implications in the way you worded your earlier comment. If that’s not what you intended, then you should probably think about rephrasing your argument next time. Less hackles raised that way.

    @ Hannah:

    Well… The old saying: The choices you make, and you run out of choices down the road.

    It wasn’t my intent to place “single parents who are trying to take care of their child(ren)” in the same bucket with “loser otaku who grudgingly have jobs only because their parents won’t pay for their otaku-dom.”

    I’m implying that SOMEBODY is / are not paying attention to the “ice” on the DVDs. And I should’ve just simply “finished the sentence” for Optimus Primal’s sake: THROW OUT THE BUMS. :idea:
