The theater I saw Summer Wars at was screening the film in both subtitled and dubbed formats. I saw it in Japanese and for a Tuesday night, there was a pretty decent turnout, IMO.

Just hoping that you might consider trying this sort of thing again with Eva 2.0, at least in the same theaters that it was done with Summer Wars.

I know many EVA fans in Utah who would greatly appreciate a theatrical release sometime this year. About 18 months ago there was a “Fathom Events” release of a Eureka7 movie in Provo Utah that I don’t think was well advertised, but since this is Evangelion and you’ve actually got it advertised on iTunes movie trailers, I’m sure there’d be a good turnout.
PLEASE, bring this to Utah, or at least let there be screenings at Utah anime conventions.
