So why a FUNimation Blog?
With the trend of the anime industry becoming a faster-paced and more demanding environment, we needed a way to expedite news and information directly to the fans. Also, there’s a ton of extra content we’re dying to show you – exclusive merchandise, early box art, sneak-peak videos, etc.
Everyone working on the blog is an actual employee of FUNimation Entertainment and has various duties – you may even recognize a couple of us.
Introducing your local contributors…
Justin Rojas – Your captain for this cruise.
Lance Heiskell – Your Friendly Neighborhood FUNimation Guy.
Adam Sheehan – Convention and Events Manager – yeah, the job in which you get paid to go to anime cons.
We will also have guest contributors pop in every now and then… you never know who might show up.

HI! First of all, I recently found out that you have uploaded the entire Space Pirate Captain Harlock here, and, as rumor goes, if it goes well, you would be willing to release the series on DVD. You have no idea how much you made my day!!! :bloody: I love Space Pirate Captain Harlock and I’ve been looking everywhere to get my hands on the Subs and/or the Spanish Versions. As long as it isn’t Harlock and the Queen of a 1000 years, you rocked my socks. I know one person can’t decide what will costs A LOT of money to actually make, but I’m talking here from a fan who loves Harlock as her favorite anime in her entire life. (And I recently turned 18, I know it’s not that long of a life but still…) Either Galaxy Express 999 or the Original Space Pirate, I would be willing to work over-time on my job for whatever you guys will pop out from the brilliant Leiji Matsumoto. Please let me know what you guys have in mind to do with this series, I really appreaciate you reading this comment and hope this cry doesn’t go on deaf ears. Thank you so much and have an excellent day!
Also, if you happen to decide to release the DVD’s, I will tattoo your logo–or at least doodle with sharpies– on my arm.

FUNimation is the best, so you should dub the BEST! Look over the net. People LOVE Shugo Chara. I can’t stand watching things subbed but I actually tried to JUST for that show! And my gosh the voice acting you guys could pull off with that series would make it AMAZING. Like Ouran High School Host Club. GENIUS. PLEASE do not let 4kids ruin the sanctity of anymore animes…. PLEASE. I think I would actually buy it for you guys. Honest!

So I was wondering if Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kai will ever be dubbed by you guys or since Geneon holds the original rights do they have to allow you to dub it because I’ve watched in with subs but I’m in love with the American voice actors and would love to finish my Higurashi collection with the second season being dubbed.

They don’t make the shows, they just license them from the Japanese distributors.

I WANT TO WATCH KODOCHA 52-102 plz i just want to watch them in dubs i have to find out if she likes the guy or not but i want to watch it in dubbed because i do not want to look down and read every word and miss what the did so plz episodes 52-102 that is all i ask. oh and i want to know if vampire knight will ever come out in dub.

=0 and the genres(mecha,space opera,romance) are mixed are awsome but the story has action,sci-fi,music,drama,advanture even romance thrown in! Action for the guy and girl2 and romance and music! And a storyline that so addictive.
