One of the most highly anticipated series of this season,Guilty Crown, will simulcast Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 12:30 pm Central Time. Fans will be able to view episode 1 on www.funimation.com and on Hulu. After this first episode, the simulcasts will air Thursdays at 12:15 pm CT (one hour after the Japanese broadcast) for the remainder of the series.
Earlier this month, FUNimation announced the acquisition of simulcast, home entertainment, broadcast, digital, mobile, and merchandise rights for the Guilty Crown series. Those attending New York Comic Con/Anime Fest this weekend will have the opportunity to see the Guilty Crown World Premiere, which includes a special introduction and then screening of the first two episodes. Screening will take place on Saturday in room 1A18 at 6:30 pm ET.
There will also be an encore screening and focus panel with the Japanese Production Team on Sunday at 11:15 am ET in Room 1A18.
