This week we became aware of an error in some online listings for Senran Kagura: Ninja Flash!. The listings stated that the release includes OVA episodes that are not in the final release. We clarified the status of the OVAs, but we have seen some requests for further information on the matter.
The error was clerical in nature. We take full responsibility for this error and are taking the following steps:
– We are reaching out directly to all fans who purchased from FUNimation.com to offer a make-good or return with full refund. We will accept returns of unopened AND opened product for either edition of Senran Kagura: Ninja Flash! that were purchased on or before 7/29—our standard return policy will continue to apply to all other products.
– We have confirmed that fans who purchased the product from RightStuf will be able to return it, even if opened.
– The listing on Amazon did not include the error, so we cannot confirm whether they will accept open returns.
– Any fan who opened their product and purchased it from a retailer who will not accept an open return is encouraged to email productconcerns@funimation.com. Please note that we will ask for proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
