The final moments of Saturday’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba finale surprised fans by revealing a film adaptation of the manga’s second arc is in production!

Following the events of the Recovery Training Arc and the acceptance of Tanjiro and Nezuko as demon slayers, the brother-sister duo, Inosuke, and Zenitsu board a train to their next destination — the Infinite Train arc. But… there are a few surprising faces in tow.

The popularity of Demon Slayer reached critical mass this past season. American singer Brendan Urie (of Panic! at the Disco) rocked out to the theme song on Twitch, meme re-draws of Inosuke dominated social media feeds and LiSA’s “Gurenge (Red Lotus)” was certified platinum in Japan.
