The Japanese voice actor for fan-favorite My Hero Academia character and No. 3 Pro Hero Hawks has finally been revealed!
The series’ official Japanese Twitter account announced Thursday morning that Yuichi Nakamura will make his debut as Hawks in the upcoming My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising film, set for Japanese release on December 20.
Sharp-eared fans will have noticed Aizawa briefly mentioning Hawks in Episode 66 of the anime, where he lets Tokoyami know the pro hero has invited him to a work study program at his agency.

While we’ve only seen a silhouette of Hawks in the show, anime fans can look forward to seeing more of the winged hero soon.
Nakamura’s other roles include Gray Fullbuster from Fairy Tail, Hotaro Oreki from Hyouka, Guren Ichinose from Seraph of the End, and Shigure Soma in the new Fruits Basket series.
