Our Thanks to You: LiSA “Catch the Moment” Live in Concert Comes to Funimation

As part of our thanks to you, and of our promise to bring you exciting and exclusive content from our partners around the world, we have some news we just couldn’t wait to share! In partnership with the incredible teams at Aniplex and Sony Music Entertainment Japan, the queen of anime openings and endings is coming to Funimation, and we are SO excited!

Starting April 24 and available for a limited two-week window, fans will be able to watch LiSA’s performance of her 2017 Newtype Anime Award winner “Catch the Moment,” the theme from Sword Art Online the Movie -Ordinal Scale-, from her 2018 Asia Tour.

Funimation subscribers will be able to watch the performance in its entirety during the two weeks it’s available, from April 24 to May 8. And if you’re not subscribed, you’ll be able to experience “Catch the Moment” starting May 1.

Known for performing opening and ending themes for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Sword Art Online, Fate/Zero, My Hero Academia and more, LiSA is one of the most well-known musical performers in the anime industry. You can check out all of the music in her stellar catalog right here.
