We know you’ve been missing Tanjiro, Nezuko and the rest of the cast of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, so we’re partnering with Aniplex of America to bring them home to you later this year!
Earlier today, Aniplex of America announced an AMAZING-looking Limited Edition set for the upcoming Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba home video release, and also revealed that Funimation (that’s us!) will be releasing the Standard Edition Blu-ray of Parts One & Two of this electric action series.
The Limited Edition of Part One will release in June (followed by Part Two in November) and includes bonus materials, soundtrack CDs, an exclusive illustration card set, and a special booklet featuring character art and scene designs!
The Standard Editions will each contain 13 episodes, with Part One for release in September, and Part Two in January 2021! We’ll have more details to share on the Standard Editions soon.
Both releases will include the English dub for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, currently airing on Toonami.
This release is the latest in the continued partnership between us and the incredible team at Aniplex of America. Just in the past few months, we’ve dropped a ton of classic Aniplex series on Funimation, brought Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl to streaming for a limited time AND had a performance from LiSA herself on our service!
