Good news, heroes! It looks like recording prep in Japan for My Hero Academia Season 5 is officially underway.
Sound director for the series, Masafumi Mima, tweeted photos of the recording set, now featuring distanced recording stations and what looks like plexiglass dividers. The changes are part of “coronavirus countermeasures” so actors and musicians can record safely.
Masafumi went on to share additional photos of the studio, including how it’s prepping for orchestra recording, something that’s difficult as it usually involves large numbers of people in an enclosed space.
Details are light on My Hero Academia Season 5 for now, but anime and manga fans alike are already excited to see what’s next for Class 1-A. There’s some intense stuff coming up!
