If you’ve seen the first episode of DECA-DENCE already, you’ll know by now that humanity is facing off against a monstrous force called the Gadoll. If you haven’t watched it yet, what are you waiting for?!
We’re excited to reveal a brand-new clip from the series, as well the latest key visual and some very special 8-bit character art, featuring Gadoll creatures, cyborgs and the show’s main cast!
First up is the newest clip, which reveals the twist we’ve all been waiting for in DECA-DENCE, that the fight against the Gadoll might not be what it seems! Why? Well, it turns out that there is an entirely separate cyborg world, where individuals look on at humanity’s struggle as a sort of twisted “game.” Yeah, seriously.
Just in case you were worried things weren’t going to get weird and wonderful in am original series directed by Yuzuru Tachikawa (Mob Psycho 100, Death Parade), fret not. Take a look at this brand-new key art, which gives us another look at the cyborgs you’ll see in DECA-DENCE.
And we’ve also got this lovely batch of pixel sprite artwork to share with you! Aren’t they just adorable? Almost makes you forget that humanity is fighting for its very existence in DECA-DENCE. Almost.
