Warlords of Sigrdrifa, HYPNOSISMIC -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima and The Day I Became a God are coming to Funimation!

Get ready for more drama, more action and more music! The Day I Became a God, HYPNOSISMIC -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima and Warlords of Sigrdrifa are all headed to Funimation as part of our Fall 2020 anime season lineup and we are PUMPED!

A new original series from Jun Maeda (Angel Beats!, Charlotte) and P.A.Works (Another, A Lull in the Sea), The Day I Became a God follows Yota Narukami, a high schooler who planned to spend his last summer vacation like most others: preparing for his university entrance exams.

But when a young girl named Hina approaches him saying she’s a god, his summer vacation suddenly becomes anything but ordinary.

The Day I Became a God premieres October 10, with new episodes airing every Saturday. The series stars Natsuki Hanae (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Tokyo Ghoul) as Yota and Ayane Sakura (My Hero Academia, The Quintessential Quintuplets) as Hina.

HYPNOSISMIC -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima

Based on the hit multimedia project and produced by A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online, Your lie in April), HYPNOSISMIC -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima looks at a world where people fight over territory not with guns, but with Hypnosis Mics, mysterious weapons that can directly affect a person’s mind.

Follow Buster Bros!!!, Mad Trigger Crew, Fling Posse and Matenro, four rap divisions led by former members of the legendary crew, The Dirty Dawg, as they struggle over each other’s turf through rap battles.

HYPNOSISMIC -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima premieres October 2, with new episodes airing every Friday.

The series stars Subaru Kimura (Assassination Classroom, Actors: Songs Connection) as Ichiro, Shintaro Asanuma (A3!, Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru) as Samatoki, Yusuke Shirai (Uchitama?! Have you seen my Tama?, IDOLiSH7) as Ramuda, and Show Hayami (Fate/Zero, Trigun) as Jakurai.

Warlords of Sigrdrifa is an all-new, original series from Tappei Nagatsuki (Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-) and A-1 Pictures (Blue Exorcist, Kaguya-sama: Love is War?) that will be sure to fight its way into your heart.

Warlords of Sigrdrifa premieres October 3, with new episodes airing every Saturday. The series stars Hibiku Yamamura (Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign, Sakura Wars the Animation) as Claudia, Sayaka Kikuchi as Sonoka, Nene Hieda (Gundam Build Divers) as Miyako and M・A・O (Fire Force, ID: INVADED) as Azuzu.
