The Demon Slayer Corps is coming to Puzzle & Dragons in Japan!

GungHo Online Entertainment has announced its latest collaboration for Puzzle & Dragons, the popular mobile video game. Starting October 17, players will be able to snag limited-edition characters from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba for use in-game, including Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado!

The event begins with a Twitter retweet campaign, where 50 lucky players can win limited edition Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba goodies by sharing a special post from the official Puzzle & Dragons account.

No word yet on if the collaboration will be available to international players, but past events have.

But this isn’t the first time Puzzle & Dragons has collaborated with a major anime IP. In the past, special events have featured the likes of Attack on Titan, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Sword Art Online, Yu Yu Hakusho and Inuyasha.

The popular mobile game debuted in Japan in February 2012, with North America following in November of the same year. The game is a combination of two types of gameplay: tile matching and a monster-collecting RPG.

The game has had numerous entries and spin-offs, including one on Nintendo 3DS featuring Super Mario Bros., as well as an anime adaptation titled Puzzle & Dragons X, which you can stream right here on Funimation!
