It’s hard not to click when we see “Steins;Gate director.” We’re excited to announce that Takuya Satou’s Otherside Picnic is coming to Funimation as part of the January 2021 anime season lineup!
The series is cloaked in sci-fi mystery, after Sorao Kamikoshi comes into contact with Toriko Nishina, almost dying in the process. That’s because on the Otherside, ghosts that we only tell stories about come to life, and danger is around every corner. But to research the Otherside, Sorao and Toriko must venture into it!
From LIDENFILMS (TERRAFORMARS) and Felix Film (Nekopara), Otherside Picnic stars Japanese voice actors Ai Kayano (ReLIFE, The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.) as Toriko Nishina and Yumiri Hanamori (RADIANT, Darwin’s Game) as Sorao Kamikoshi.
The series begins its simulcast on January 4, and will be available on Funimation in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland; on AnimeLab in Australia and New Zealand; and on Wakanim in France, Russia and Scandinavia.
