The downhill jam competition “S” is heating up! The skateboarding anime from Bones, SK8 the Infinity, is officially getting an English dub from Funimation.
With the simulcast season already off to a high-octane start in SK8 the Infinity, we’re excited to announce that Episode 1 of the English dub arrives on Funimation on February 6 (that’s tomorrow!).
Are you ready to meet the skaters?
Leading the SK8 the Infinity English dub is Matt Shipman (Dr. STONE, One Piece) as Reki and Howard Wang (Nichijou – My Ordinary Life, Gamers!) as Langa!

Get ready to experience the extreme sport of skateboarding in an entirely new light, with incredible animation from Bones (Mob Psycho 100, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood) and a colorful cast of characters that you’ll quickly be rooting for!
The series follows skater Reki and Japan transplant Langa as the two dive deep into the underground world of “S,” a downhill skating competition. Thing is, Langa has never skateboarded before, but his skills in snowboarding lead him down a path that will surely put him on X-Games Mode.
