Every day is a just a little bit better when there’s new info about Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid S. The official website for the series has a ton of new information for the upcoming anime!
And with it, the first promotional video for the second season (set to premiere in Japan in July) has arrived, as well as information on the cast and staff.
First, the new character, Ilulu, will be voiced by Tomomi Mineuchi (Junji Ito Collection, Is the order a rabbit? BLOOM). Of course, cast members from Season 1 will also be returning, including Mutsumi Tamura (Dr. STONE, Tales of the Abyss) as Kobayashi and Yuki Kuwahara (By the Grace of the Gods, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans) as Tohru.
Additional returning cast members include:
- Maria Naganawa as Kanna
- Yuuki Takada as Elma
- Minami Takahashi as Lucoa
- Daisuke Ono as Fafnir
- Yuko Goto as Georgie
- Emiri Kato as Riko Saikawa
- Kaori Ishihara as Shouta Magatsuchi
- Yuichi Nakamura as Makoto Takiya
From Kyoto Animation, Miss Kobyashi’s Dragon Maid S will be directed by Tatsuya Ishihara, with the late Yasuhiro Takemoto credited as series director. Returning staff includes Yuka Yamada on scripts, Miku Kadowaki on character design and Nobuaki Maruki as chief animation director.
