The Spring 2021 anime season is almost here, which means we’re only weeks away from the debut of Funimation co-production Combatants Will Be Dispatched! And thanks to our partners at KADOKAWA, we’re excited to reveal a brand-new trailer and character info for the series!
From author Natsume Akatsuki (KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World!) and studio J.C.STAFF (Toradora!, Food Wars!), Combatants Will Be Dispatched! arrives on Funimation this April.
First up, the latest PV, which gives us a closer look at what to expect when Agent Six and Alice are dispatched on missions this spring. You can check out the trailer below:
Also revealed are a handful of new characters for the series! We already can’t wait to meet them once Combatants Will Be Dispatched! begins.
There’s Snow, the beautiful, blue-haired swordswoman and Captain in the Royal Guard. She’s personal knight to the princess and chock-full of ambition, quickly climbing the ranks with her strong sense of justice!
She’s also easily tricked and has had it with Agent Six’s antics.
Rose is a chimera whose special power is taking on the characteristics of the things she eats. She’s cute, cheery and eats plenty of various monsters to score some powers. Except those powers aren’t always that helpful…
And then there’s Grimm, an undead archbishop with the power to revive herself when she dies. She’s also…horny…and has the ability to cast curses and loves to inflict them on happy couples.
Unfortunately, the curses aren’t really that great. She does serve a dark god, though!
