The adventures of Towa, Setsuna and Moroha are far from over as their journey will officially continue in Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon: The Second Act!
The announcement fell on the heels of the last episode of Season 1, with the official English Twitter account, managed by VIZ Media, sharing the news! A premiere date for season two has not been set, but fans can follow the account to catch up on future updates.
Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon follows Sesshomaru and Rin’s twin daughters, Towa and Setusna, and Inuyasha and Kagome’s daughter, Moroha. At four years old, the twins were separated due to a forest fire in Feudal Japan, and Towa gets transported to the Modern Era.

A decade later, the tunnel that connects the two eras has reopened and Towa reunites with Setsuna who has lost all memories of her childhood. The twins team up with Moroha and travel between the two eras, transcending time and space, to regain their missing past and fend off the apocalypse!

The first season of Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon ran for 24 episodes and was produced by Sunrise. The series was first announced in May 2020 and premiered in October. Rumiko Takahashi, the original creator of Inuyasha, designed the main characters.
