The official Twitter account for The Quintessential Quintuplets anime series made a big announcement on Sunday: The Quintessential Quintuplets movie arrives in Japan in 2022!
This news was dropped during a special event for the popular series in Japan. The event included a special presentation, as well as appearances from the Japanese voice cast.
An exact release date was not confirmed, but we can’t wait to learn more about the next chapter of the Nakano siblings’ story.
The Quintessential Quintuplets’ first season originally aired in 2019. The second season of the series broadcast during the Winter 2021 season, with the English dub streaming right here on Funimation.

The manga series launched in 2017 and wrapped laster year in February. The English version is available from Kodansha Comics.
