Waiting for news on a potential English release of the upcoming Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba video game? Well, you’re in luck, because the game will officially release in English later this year!
The news dropped Monday after SEGA Asia released the first English-subtitled trailer for the game, titled Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles. Considering the game includes a story mode focused on Tanjiro’s journey in the anime, it’s a fitting title.
The trailer also confirms that the game will release in English in 2021.
SEGA also shared a video focused on the development of the highly anticipated game, including how the team brought a 3D model of Tanjiro to life.
Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles not only runs through the events of the anime series, it also sports a Battle Mode where you can take on your friends and others as your favorite character from the series, with a show-spanning roster.
