It’s almost summer, which means school is about to be back in session! Wait…what? Of course, we’re talking about The Honor Student at Magic High School, which is officially arriving this July in Japan.
The upcoming series’ official website and Twitter account announced that the spin-off of The Irregular at Magic High School would begin its Japanese broadcast on July 3, and also revealed the opening theme for the series and a gorgeous pastel-colored visual.
The opening theme for the series will be performed by Sangatsu no Phantasia (Interviews with Monster Girls) and is titled “101,” while Philosophy no Dance sings the ending credits song, “Double Standard.”
The Honor Student at Magic High School follows Miyuki Shiba as she navigates life as an honor student, balancing her own reputation with that of her “inferior” brother’s. Get ready to see the story you know through Miyuki’s eyes as the two siblings navigate their first year together!
The anime’s returning cast includes Saori Hayami (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Miyuki, Sora Amamiya (Rent-a-Girlfriend) as Honoka Mitsui and Yuiko Tatsumi (Noragami Aragato) as Shizuku Kitayama.
