Ready to meet Uramichi? The official website for the series published has revealed a new promo for the upcoming anime Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan, all focused on the protagonist himself, Uramichi Omota. And we cannot wait for this one!
The short video briefly introduces fans to the character as we learn a bit more about what to expect when the anime begins its broadcast this summer in Japan.

Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan, from director Nobuyoshi Nagayama and Studio Blanc., is adapted from Gaku Kuze’s manga of the same name. The voice cast for the series includes Hiroshi Kamiya as Uramichi; Tomokazu Sugita as Tobikichi; Yuichi Nakamura as Mitsuo; Mamoru Miyano as Iketeru; and Nana Mizuki as Utano.
The anime series follows 31-year-old Uramichi, a man with two sides to his personality. On the one hand, he’s upbeat and in charge of physical exercises on an educational program.
Off-screen, though, he’s a disillusioned millennial, dead inside and, uh, not really down with the whole adulting thing. As the tale continues, the less-than-perfect parts of young adult life are explored!
