Get ready! CyberConnect2’s upcoming fighting game based on the hit anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba now has an official release date in Japan: October 14!
The official game cover art was also unveiled, drawn by anime studio ufotable.
Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles is now slated to release on October 14 in Japan for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
A release date for the West is yet to be announced, but it has been confirmed to be published by SEGA in English sometime in 2021 for the above platforms.
Eighteen playable characters have been announced for Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles so far, including a regular and Hinokami Kagura version of Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Giyu, Sakonji, Sabito, Makomo, Shinobu, Rengoku and Murata, plus Kimetsu Gakuen versions of Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Giyu and Shinobu.

The game will include a story mode that goes all the way up to Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train, and a versus mode for duking it out.
