It’s official! Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles will officially release in October in the West, marking a near-simultaneous global release for the highly anticipated video game.
SEGA confirmed the news Thursday that it would be publishing the English version of Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles in Western regions on October 15, just one day after the previously announced Japanese release.
The game was confirmed for release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. The voice track for the game includes Japanese and English (with both casts reprising their roles), and subtitles in English, French, Italian, German and Spanish.
Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles arrives October 15 for $59.99, with a $69.99 Digital Deluxe version also available, giving players access to the game two days early on October 13, as well as 13 avatars featuring characters from the series.
The highly anticipated game sports a story mode where players can re-experience the events of the television anime and hit film, as well as a versus mode where you can take on other players as characters from throughout the series.
