Ready, Tales fans? BANDAI NAMCO has officially announced that a demo for the highly anticipated Tales of Arise game will arrive on August 18. You’ll be able to play on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
Set in the land of Dahna, which has been taken over by the country of Rena due to the latter’s superior technology, Tales of Arise follows characters Shionne and Alphen. Each have contrasting circumstances; Shionne is cursed with the ability to cause pain on anyone she touches, while Alphen does not feel pain at all.

Tales of Arise pairs the two on a journey throughout the land to free the people of Dahna from the oppressive rule of Rena.
Currently, no additional details are known about the demo outside of release date, but previous BANDAI NAMCO demos have offered continued progress or rewards for those who played, like for Scarlet Nexus.

The next entry in the long-running series, Tales of Arise, launches September 10 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
