My Hero Academia Stage Play Suits Up with New Visual, Third Installment Announcement

Get ready to go Plus Ultra, stage play fans! The official website for the My Hero Academia stage play adaptations has not only showed off a new visual for its upcoming show, but confirmed that a new stage play is officially in the works!

The upcoming adaptation, titled My Hero Academia: The “Ultra” Stage: Honmono no Hero PLUS ULTRA ver., is billed as a “complete” version of the previous stage play, and is slated to run at Tokyo Dome City and Tokyo Gekijo in December. The show was previously delayed out of its July 2020 release due to COVID-19.

The December show will feature fan-favorite villains, including Dabi, Toga and Twice, who are more in focus for this one.

No additional details on the third planned stage play were revealed aside from its Spring 2022 release date.
