The Pokémon 25th anniversary celebration continues! The Pokémon Company announced on Tuesday that its long-awaited Pokémon 25: The Album will officially release on October 15, exactly 25 years after the debut of Pokémon Blue in Japan!
Throughout the anniversary year, Pokémon has been releasing musical collaborations with the artists of Capitol Records and Universal Music Group to celebrate 25 years of the popular series.

Previously released singles have includes music from Katy Perry (“Electric”), Mabel (“Take it Home”) and Post Malone (“Only Want to Be With You”), as well as two EPs, The Red EP and The Blue EP.
In addition to the songs above, the final release will include music from international stars like Lil Yachty, J. Balvin, Tierra Whack, Yaffle and more. The album includes 14 songs inspired by the world of Pokémon. Hey, where’s the Jigglypuff or Meloetta track???

Pokémon 25: The Album is now up for pre-order across digital platforms, or you can stream it on October 15.
