Another school term is over with the conclusion of sister series The Honor at Magic High School, but it looks like class will resume next winter with more of the (ir)regular!

Previously announced as part of the franchise’s 10th anniversary, the official The Irregular at Magic High School Twitter account released a teaser promo video and key visual, as well as cast and staff, for the upcoming adaptation of the “Reminiscence” arc.

Joining the familial pair is Kikuko Inoue (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood) as Miya Shiba, Tatsuya and Miyuki’s mother, and Aya Endo (Fate/Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia) as Honami Sakurai, Miya’s protective Guardian.

The crew at studio 8bit (The Irregular at Magic High School Visitor Arc) is returning to produce, with Risako Yoshida as director, Munemasa Nakamoto as scriptwriter, and Kana Ishida as character designer.

The Irregular at Magic High School Reminiscence Arc will take us back three years to before Tatsuya and Miyuki enrolled in First High, where we learn more of how the two siblings became so close and what made Tatsuya the man he is today.
