Everyone’s favorite zombie idols are heading to a brand new stage—the silver screen! The announcement was made at a ZOMBIE LAND SAGA live event with a rather peculiar teaser trailer and poster starring actors Hakuryu (who appeared in Season 2 of the anime) and Kunio Murai (Yoshimura in the live-action Tokyo Ghoul films).
No other details about the film were revealed.

An original anime project by studio MAPPA, ZOMBIE LAND SAGA follows a scrappy group of resurrected girls from multiple time periods as they carry out their task to “save” Saga prefecture as idols. The first season aired in Fall 2018, followed by its “REVENGE” in Spring this year.
