The weather may be cooling down right now, but the leadup to the Winter 2022 release of FUUTO PI is heating up with these hot new teaser visuals from Studio KAI!
These two visuals were exclusively created for Funimation by Studio KAI, and were first revealed at Funimation’s Anime Happens Here Panel at this year’s New York Comic Con.
First up is the hardboiled detective Shotaro Hidari:
Joined by Kamen Rider Double’s right side, the extremely intelligent Philip:
Preview images of the two in action were also released last month, along with anime staff details.

Previously announced to be produced at Studio KAI (Super Cub), FUUTO PI is being directed by Yousuke Kabashima (D.Gray-man Hallow chief animation director) and Ayataka Tanemura (Black Clover), with Hidekazu Ebina (AMAZING STRANGER) in charge of character designs, Tatsuto Higuchi (Midnight occult civil servants) on series composition and Kotaro Nakagawa (Prison School) and Shuhei Naruse (SKET Dance) on the music.

FUUTO PI adapts Riku Sanjō and Masaki Satou’s Fūto Tantei manga, which is a sequel to the 2009 Kamen Rider W series.
