The announcement came in the form of a batch of “wanted” posters on the official Twitter account for the live-action project—a callback to the many bounties on the notorious Straw Hat Crew in the anime—as well as a video from the excited cast.

Netflix first announced the live-action television series in 2017, collaborating with Weekly Shonen Jump editor Hiroyuki Nakano to reveal the project in commemoration of the manga’s 20th anniversary. The official logo was revealed in September of this year.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there for One Piece fans. The anime is quickly approaching Episode 1000, which will arrive on November 20.
