Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles Adds Yahaba and Susamaru to Playable Cast

It’s time to get pumped up, because the Demon partners in crime, Yahaba and Susamaru, are joining the playable roster of the popular Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles video game.

The official Twitter account for the game confirmed that its second free update will bring the demonic duo to the game’s ever-expanded roster. This update joins the first, which added Rui and Akaza, with the third to be revealed.

From SEGA and CyberConnect2 (Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM), Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles launched last month on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.

The game’s Story Mode follows the plot of the anime series, from the moment we meet Tanjiro to moments before he boards the Mugen Train with Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke and Rengoku. The game recently passed an impressive 1 million units sold milestone.

If you wanted even more fun for your multiplayer matches, the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition features a handful of Kimetsu Academy costumes for the main characters, additional avatars and a batch of in-game credits.
