The Genius Prince’s Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt has commissioned a royal portrait, enlisted two sets of court musicians, and hired more attendants…or rather, a new visual, theme song artists and additional cast members have been revealed for the upcoming fantasy anime!

 

Nagi Yanagi (The Day I Became a God OP) and THE SIXTH LIE (Golden Kamuy ED) will be performing the opening theme, with Yoshino Nanjō (Love Live! School Idol Project) bringing up the rear on the ending theme.

And finally, joining an already stacked cast is Takayuki Sugo (Tokyo Ghoul), Daiki Hamano (SSSS.DYNAZENON), Akio Ōtsuka (My Senpai Is Annoying), Rie Kugimiya (Gintama), Mamiko Noto (Recovery of an MMO Junkie), Kenichirō Matsuda (MAGATSU WAHRHEIT), Ryuichi Kijima (BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS) as Demetrio and Kengo Kawanishi (The Case Study of Vanitas).

Soma Saito (Moriarty the Patriot) will be ascending into the starring role of the unwilling genius prince Wein Salema Arbalest, who wants nothing more than to sell out his country and enjoy life’s pleasures, featured in this promo video for the series:

 

Based on the light novels by Tōru Toba, The Genius Prince’s Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt is being directed by Masato Tamagawa (Saint Seiya Saintia Sho) at studio Yokohama Animation Lab (MAGATSU WAHRHEIT), with series composition by Deko Akao (The Case Study of Vanitas) and character designs by Ryūnosuke Ōji.
