We finally have an official premiere date for Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest Season 2 in Japan: January 13, 2022!
A new visual was also released, depicting a battle-ready ensemble with Hajime and Yue at the center:
And joining Rina Sato (A Certain Scientific Railgun) as new cast members is Katsuyuki Konishi (The Dungeon of Black Company) as Freid Bagwa, who leads the demons, and Makoto Ishii (Fafner) as Mikhail, one of Freid’s subordinates.

Akira Iwanaga (The Morose Mononokean) is directing the sequel at studios asread and MOTHER, with Shoichi Sato and Chika Kojima returning as scriptwriter and character designer, respectively.
