Get all your affairs in order, because The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting will be dropping by in 2022 for its broadcast in Japan! A teaser visual was released, along with main cast and staff details:
Yoshimasa Hosoya (MEGALOBOX) and Misaka Watada (SHOW BY ROCK!! Mashumairesh!!), who played the odd duo in a promotional video for the manga in 2019, will be reprising their roles as Tooru Kirishima and Yaeka Sakuragi in the TV anime adaptation.

Based on the manga by Tsukiya, The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting is being directed by Itsuro Kawasaki (The Legend of the Legendary Heroes) at studios feel. and GAINA, with series composition by Keiichirō Ōchi (Adachi and Shimamura), character designs by Hiromi Ogata (Magic Kaito 1412) and music by Takurō Iga (Fuuka).
The story follows Tooru Kirishima, the violent right-hand man of the Sakuragi crime family, who becomes tasked with babysitting the boss’s only daughter, Yaeka.
