Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc officially kicked off this past weekend, and Japanese cell phone company au celebrated with the release of its latest live-action advertisement, which brings aspects of the popular series to the real world.

The 30-second ad pictures a world where everyone is dependent on Kasugai Crows for communication instead of cell phones. The ad is part of the company’s continued collaboration with the anime series, including a previous live-action ad and experimental AR filters that turns users into Hashira.

Both live-action ads sport a cast of recognizable actors, including Taishi Nakagawa and Ryunosuke Kamiki, with the first featuring Honoka Matsumoto and the voice of Tanjiro, Natsuki Hanae.

This is just the latest in real-world collaborations with Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, like an attraction at Universal Studios Japan and a Japanese airline collab set to take flight in 2022!

As always, if you’re not caught up yet, you can catch all of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, from the beginning all the way to the currently airing Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc, right here on Funimation.
