Love is in the air, Fruits Basket fans! A new visual and trailer have arrived for Fruits Basket -prelude-, an upcoming recap-prequel-sequel to the hit anime series, and our hearts are already aflutter with anticipation and delight.

All the precious memories we made watching Fruits Basket over the last two and a half years will be compiled in Fruits Basket -prelude-, and we’ll be able to make even more with the accompanied prequel about Tohru’s parents, Kyoko and Katsuya, and a brand-new anime story about Tohru and Kyo set after the series!

Ohashi Trio is slated to perform a new theme song for the much-anticipated anime, which is set to release in Japanese theaters on February 18, 2022.
