My Master Has No Tail Unveils Teaser Visual, Staff for 2022 Debut

Are you ready for your daily dose of anime cuteness? My Master Has No Tail, an upcoming supernatural comedy anime set for 2022, just revealed its first teaser visual!

Front and center is Mameda, a tanuki who begs Bunko Daikokutei, a fellow shapeshifting creature and rakugo storyteller, to help change her stripes and become a convincing human in Taisho-era Osaka.

The adorable pair will be voiced by M・A・O (Platinum End) and Hibiku Yamamura (Kiznaiver).

Based on the manga by TNSK, My Master Has No Tail is being directed by Hideyo Yamamoto (Cells at Work! CODE BLACK) at studio LIDENFILMS, with series composition by Touko Machida (Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan) and character designs by Ryō Yamauchi (Vivy -Fluorite Eye’s Song- key animator).
