We’ve received another love letter from Fruits Basket -prelude-, and it has your name on it! 💌

This time, it comes with a trailer that takes us back through the series’ most tender moments and forward to even more, while treating us to our first listen of the film’s theme song, “Niji to Kite” (“Rainbow and Kite”) by Ohashi Trio.

All the precious memories we made watching Fruits Basket over the last two and a half years will be compiled in Fruits Basket -prelude-, a recap-prequel-sequel that’ll adapt the manga’s “The Story of Kyoko and Katsuya” chapter about Tohru’s parents, and will include a brand-new anime story about Tohru and Kyo set after the series!

The much-anticipated film is currently scheduled to release in Japanese theaters on February 18.
