Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer TV Anime Announced for Summer 2022

This is your sign to never give up on that dream anime—nearly twelve years after the manga’s completion, adventure comedy manga Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer is getting an anime adaptation in Summer 2022!

Nobuaki Nakanishi (Mangirl!) will be directing the series alongside Yūichirō Momose (Infinite Dendrogram) and Satoshi Mizukami, the original author, on series composition. Additional details, such as studio and cast, are yet to be revealed.

Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer ran for five years from July 2005 to August 2010 and follows Yuuhi Amamiya, an average college student who, thanks to a talking lizard and a rambunctious princess, gets caught up in a magical war that looms overhead…literally, as a gigantic mallet threatens to destroy the planet.
